The "Firebird" necklace is inspired by the mythical firebird — a legendary creature symbolizing light, rebirth, and inner power. The combination of coral, amber, and handcrafted brass elements — a lunula and crosses — forms a harmonious ensemble imbued with centuries-old symbolism.
The central lunula, shaped like a crescent moon, is a traditional female amulet worn during the Kyivan Rus era. It symbolizes lunar cycles, feminine energy, and fertility. In this design, the lunula is complemented by a small cross — a nod to the historical transition from paganism to Christianity, when ancient charms began incorporating Christian symbols.
The brass crosses are handmade by a Ukrainian artisan and are stylized after traditional Carpathian woodcarving motifs, adding cultural depth and visual richness.
