The warranty applies to goods that arrived damaged during delivery ONLY if the damage was identified at the Nova Poshta branch on the DAY OF RECEIPT.
If your product breaks for ANY reason, contact me within 14 days. If I can repair your product, you will only need to pay for the shipping.
For necklaces valued over 3000 UAH, a free warranty is provided for repair or modification.
If, within 14 days, you have not used the product and wish to return it, and if you still have the packaging and there are no signs of use, I will review your case personally. Contact me as soon as possible and send photos.
A refund is only possible after I receive the package in the same condition in which I sent it to you. The buyer covers the shipping cost.
Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days after I receive the product and confirm that it can be further used.
