Occasionally, clients approach us with a request to create a custom necklace similar to those, but with certain elements replaced. Sometimes, we are so pleased with the result of such experiments that we decide to add the new necklace to our permanent assortment—this is exactly the story of this exquisite necklace with white pearls and openwork beads. At the client's request, we replaced the central pendant with a large lunnitsa—and we were very satisfied with the result! Baroque white pearls with their natural asymmetrical shape and soft luster. Each pearl is unique, as it has not undergone the faceting process. These organic forms give the necklace an elegant look and make each piece one-of-a-kind. A Lunnitsa is a traditional female amulet that was popular in Slavic cultures. Its crescent shape symbolizes the connection to natural cycles and feminine energy. In Kyivan Rus', lunnitsas were worn as necklace pendants, earrings, or elements of headwear, and their discovery during archaeological excavations confirms the long tradition of this symbol on the territory of Ukraine. Materials: white pearls, brass pendant, brass beads, jewelry alloy. The necklace length is 42 cm, and an extension chain with the signature SHTERNO logo adds a few extra centimeters.
