A minimalist matte black necklace is a timeless classic that complements any look. This piece combines the silky-to-the-touch shungite, spiral brass elements known as "perelizhky", and the Hromnyk pendant to create an accessory with a true Hutsul soul.
Materials: Shungite, brass pendant, and brass beads.
Shungite: A unique natural mineral with a structure similar to graphite, composed primarily of carbon. It is renowned for its ability to purify and neutralize, and has been valued for centuries for both its practical and symbolic protective properties.
The Hromnyk (Flower of Life): This is one of the most widespread motifs in Hutsul wood carving and traditional decorative crafts. It is traditionally carved onto home ceiling beams (svoloky) and wooden chests as a protective amulet. When these ornaments are woven into a complex circular composition, they are referred to as a "Ruzha" (Rose). While deeply rooted in Ukrainian heritage, similar sacred geometry symbols can be found in cultures worldwide.
